"From the first meeting with Guy we felt completely reassured that he was exactly what we were looking for. He couldn’t have done a better job. Our wedding day threw some serious wet weather challenges but Guy took it all in his stride and came back with a set of photos more beautiful than we could have imagined. July, your weather can do one - you had one job.

Emma + Andy, on the other hand, are the couple who I will forever remember as laughing in the face of all of the rain, and who showed me once again, that what matters is the two people you see here, and the wonderful people around them on this incredible, albeit *slightly* damp, day. To give credit where it’s due, every single guests also gave the rain no time at all and just ran with it all day. Kudos to everyone here for being part of such a brilliant day and giving Emma + Andy a party to remember. I was lucky enough to be there with them. You all absolutely smashed it.

This is another proper love story. One of long distance that was overcome, of two people who, as Andy’s Best Man Jarad put it, ‘always, always show up’. And then some. A story that has brought together some of England and Australia and make every single minute of that effort, struggle and emotion worth it. Every single minute. Wedding number 655 for me, and still I learn something new about human nature and what love means at every one. May that never end….

Enormous thanks are due. To Sarah and Charlie for throwing open their beautiful home and for the warmest of welcomes. To the bridesmaids and groomsmen for being huge fun. To Chloe, Rosanna and Sarah from Thyme & Lyme for incredible food and for being absolutely brilliant to work with…..
