Insert wedding superlatives here. All of them. Just list them here and that gives you an idea of one incredible day with Tara and Ed at Northbrook Park near Farnham.
Spectacular. If I had to pick just one of them that would be it. Spectacular. So, where to start……
The whole day was at Northbrook, and I arrived to find Tara and her girls in fits of laughter. That’s pretty much how it stayed for the whole day. Ed and his chaps were the same. We’d met last year when I shot Lauren and Nick’s wedding just down the road at Bury Court. I should have known this wedding would be as awesome as it was from that day……this is a fantastic group of friends who just bounce off each other with humour and affection. Thank you all.
Some special thanks should go to Tara’s bridesmaids – Naomi, Sarah, Jo, Katie and Charlotte. Not least for one of my favourite photos (clue, it’s the 6 of them looking utterly hacked off), but also for being great fun throughout and making sure Tara had the day of her dreams. To Ed’s groomsmen – Tom, Jon, Henrik, Anil, Hector and my wingman for the day, the brilliant Suresh. To Eve and all the staff at Tapenade for excellent food and for being so great to work alongside.
And of course to the two people at the centre of the day. Tara and Ed.
This is a couple who had me in stitches throughout the day. The crackle in the air when they’re together is something else. World-class humour. World-class looks. World-class love. Constant ribbing did nothing to disguise the absolute need they have for each other. This day cemented a life together and I have a feeling it’s going to be very special. I was lucky enough to have a glimpse inside that life for one day…..

Strength. Courage. Love.
Tara and Ed have it all. And this is their story.
