The definition of a last-minute booking. Allison and Eugene booked at 5pm the evening before their wedding. Now that’s a late one! I’ve the amazing Kaz Fernando to thank as she suggested me to Allison, and just an hour or so later I was looking at train times to be at The Connaught the next morning.
This is also the definition of an intimate wedding. Just 15 guests, lead by the lovely Emily and Lucy, and a short walk round the corner to the Mayfair Library for the ceremony. From here to Claridges for an afternoon together celebrating. Fine canapes, fine conversation, fine people. A short day for me with just 3 hours needed, but no less interesting for that. Allison looked absolutely stunning with her equally stunning daughters beside her, and Eugene looked the proudest man in England as he left with his new wife beside him. Classy, under-stated and elegant. Those words could define both this wedding and Allison and Eugene.
A genuinely special day to be a part of. Thank you all.
