Hamswell House wedding photography

Today blew me away. Today was Hamswell House wedding photography – Ella + Tom absolutely smashing it. Today was off the scale.

Ella found me after I’d shot Hannah + Ryan’s amazing day at Cowdray in 2022, and Hannah’s sister Lottie (ponytail, crocs, if you know you know) was bridesmaid there, and again today as one of Ella’s closest friends. Speaking of which, we had a superb group of bridesmaids and groomsmen once again today and huge thanks to all for the laughs and help. When Ella got in touch to ask if I’d shoot her wedding I had an anxious few seconds to hope I was free on their date. As you’ll see below I was (insert large ‘phew’ here) and I drove home very, very happy that I was. As I’ve already said – off the scale.

Beautiful Bath stone buildings, soft light, incredible decor and detail and a couple right at the centre of it who ooze class, elegance and a real sense of fun. Throw in 140 guests who were there to party and have the best day (albeit with a lot of unsuccessful attempts at securing Oasis tickets) and all of the elements were there. I just had to photograph the results.

Ella + Tom. I loved every single minute. The photos should show why…..thank you both, so much. It was immense.
