Goodness me. All of the yes for this slice of Chelsea and Mayfair wedding photography with Jessie and Tom absolutely smashing the most intimate of days together as those summer days give way to the first moments of Autumn. A day that began at the beguiling Gore Hotel, travelled south via Chelsea and ended at the sumptuous 34 Mayfair. The classiest couple chose the classiest venues, and ’twas ever thus. I knew this would be the case from the moment Jessie and I spoke last year and I travelled up to London with the gladdest of hearts. I left with it fuller still.
Today was all about a core of people, the ones most important to Jessie and Tom. Family, friends, the best of places and the finest food and drink. True, burning love and a need for that life together. No stress, no drama, no fuss. Instead just the right focus on the right things. A day of intimacy, of moments, of emotion and of the things that matter the most.
London weddings are always huge fun. The city has everything and each time is very different. Each wedding I photograph there shows each couple in their own light. Jessie and Tom’s brought a calm elegance, a fuss-free class, and the easy feel of culture. I adored it. Thank you both so very much.
