Now this was one hell of day. Are you ready for some Bury Court wedding photography – Tash + Ed’s wedding was something of a rarity in 2021, a wedding that actually happened on the day it was originally supposed to, exactly as it was planned, with no restrictions in sight. If you’d have told me that was a sentence I’d be writing a couple of years ago I’d have called you an ambulance. Mad times people, mad times.
Today though was a total smasher from start to finish. Tash and Ed gathered all the ingredients you need for a first-class wedding. A brilliant wedding party. A cracking venue. Friends and family surrounding Tash + Ed to make sure their perfect day went the way it should. Tash absolutely lighting the place up with pure glamour. Ed matching it and together showing humour and grace all day.
Today though was a total smasher from start to finish. Being back at Bury Court with the new owners was a total treat and they’ve made it look even better with a really sophisticated look and with some cracking accommodation on site. I’ve been photographing weddings at Bury Court for a decade now and always love it, so it’s a great honour to be a recommended Bury Court Barn wedding photographer. The fact that my old friends at Jacaranda catering were on food and drink duties just made it even better.
After the pain of the lockdowns, and the anguish of seeing so many couples have to move their plans, today was off the scale. It finally felt like we were back. Alive and kicking. Weddings as we know and love them. I can’t say how good it was to be back doing what I love with a couple like Tash + Ed.
Thank you both, so much. This is your story….
