A surprise. Back at Bury Court Barn. I know right! 4 times in 4 weeks, a first for me. This is the third of the four and all have a common theme so far. Bloody. Ace.
Why? Because of the people. This time the rather splendid Karen and John. The loveliest people you could want to meet.
Some early thank you’s. Laurin, Karen’s sister. Not keen on being photographed, but rolled with it and was huge fun. JJ and his team at Jacaranda for their peerless welcome and food. To the weather Gods, for blessing us with yet another dry and mild autumn day. No rain since August at a wedding now? Amazing. Just 4 left this year. Let’s keep it going until the end of November eh?
So the stars align. Weather. Venue. People. Food. Drink. Party. Karen. John.
All the ingredients are before us. Now the alchemy needs to happen. So it does, and how.
I can talk about how right they are together. I can talk about how Karen must have been born with a smile on her face, one that hasn’t left since. I could talk about John’s quiet air of class. Or Karen’s joy for life. Or their absolute understanding of what matters at a wedding.
But instead I’m going to let the photographs speak for me, and for them. To show you their day, and their love.
To show you their story….
